Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please provide your order ID to process your return. If you receive a defective or missing item, please send us pictures and update us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges/Returns

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items purchased under SALE or special offers.

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other reasons, please contact us at Info@indieyaa.com and send the item to our warehouse. You will be responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you may choose between a credit note for the purchase amount, valid for 90 days, or a full refund (excluding shipping and COD charges, if applicable). If a delivery attempt fails due to your unavailability or failure to respond to the courier, and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for reshipping. Shipping charges and delivery time may vary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email us at Info@indieyaa.com with your order ID. We will issue a credit note for the purchase amount. Please note that orders already dispatched or those purchased at a discount cannot be canceled.
